Duty-free refinery price:
It is determined according to prices that are relied upon by Mediterranean countries. It is followed 3-5 days by adding a refining margin at the ratio of 3% to CIF Mediterranean (Genova/Lavera) product prices published Platts European Marketscan Bulletin and multiplying it by the USD Rate of the Central Bank, and if it exceeds +/- 3% band, it is updated taking as reference the 3-5-day average product prices.
Special Consumption Tax (SCT):
Taxes are imposed on a product basis as per the SCT directive published by the Ministry of Finance are as follows:

95 Octane Unleaded Gasoline Premium: 1.362,50 (YTL/M3)

Depot Sales Price
Sales prices are determined for all depots of the distribution company by adding distribution company margin and product service charge on the refinery sales price. This margin is allocated for product handling costs,freights new investments, renewal of current stations, marketing and various activities incurred by distribution companies.
Pump Sales Price
A recommended pump sales price is established by adding various costs of the dealer and inland transportation costs determined according to its distance to the main depots on the depot sales price, and is notified to dealers.
The dealer is free to apply the pump price notified to it as recommendation or to determine pump sales price according to the competitive terms of its region. |
